May’s guided meditation is one that I use often when I need a sacred pause to connect to the quiet, still space of my heart where my soul’s voice/inner guidance resides. It is a practice that you can do slowly and spaciously, taking time to luxuriate in each layer of the practice. And as the practice settles into your muscle memory, you can use it in the moment, in the course of your day, when you want to feel anchored, rooted, and steady in the grounded wisdom of your heart. I use it to steady myself when I am feeling excited, nervous, or anxious.
